From the "XXX" of the flag for the whole country I believe....thanks!

No, the three XXX are typical from Amsterdam. In the coat of arms you see the three St. Andrew’s crosses. These crosses are named after the apostle St. Andrew who is said to have been martyred on such a cross.

On March 29, 1947, the position the people of Amsterdam had taken during the German occupation in 1940-1945 led queen Wilhelmina to add to the coat of arms the device:

Heroic, Resolute, Compassionate

the xxx are from the flag of the city of Amsterdam i believe, i am dutch but even i am not sure hahahaha sure would make sense considering what amsterdam stands for in many tourists minds
