it varies from man to man. my guesstime would be at the end of their college years. it's time to search for the perfect job and to settle down into a serious life style. some men are pushed into maturity when they marry, and/or become a father. the more formal responsibilities place upon a man's shoulders, the more apt he is to rise to the occasion and act in a mature fashion.
