When I used to smoke I would inhale cigars just like I would a cigarette, even the big cigars.
I don't think you're supposed to though, I think you're just meant to puff on them for the taste.

Smoking is inhaling. But.... You can puff on it, it will be less aggressive for your body, however I really don`t know what would be the reason of smoking without inhaling.

there is no smoking etiquette, inhale if you want or don't if you cant. personally as a smoker i would puff there is no chance of inhaling cigar smoke to the butt without being very ill.

Do what ever you choose. I inhale but not as deeply as with cigarettes. I don't do cigars much. I think if you are going to smoke, then do your thing. One of the freedoms they are trying to take from us. Light up and enjoy.
