Unfortunately yes. I tell others to be cheerful and optimistic. But deep in my heart i keep on being sad and desperate.
So, maybe we should not give any piece of advice to others.

of course. our advice always exceeds our actions.

we can use our failures as examples of what NOT to do. we can also recognize the truth of certain standards while still admitting that we do not live up to them.
