yeah, microdermabrasion works well. here is a recipe for home microdermabrasion that works well

a tablespoon of arm and hammer baking soda and a few squirts of your favorite facial lotion. (mix it into the consistency of a runny paste, not too thick) then just rub it on your face and neck for about two minutes. rinse and pat face dry. do this every day and it should help clear up your pores.

use salt to exfoliate your pores after you wash it with you cleanser
scrubbing your skin with salt (not too coarse, it shouldn't hurt) helps get rid of the oils and dirt lodged in your pores
make sure you don't scrub any open cuts or anything like that
after you have massaged the salt for a few minutes, rinse it off with cold water
you can use this everyday

run a washcloth under hot water, squeeze it out and rest on your face to open up pores. then take a soapy wet buff puff and scrub the problem area. do this once a day

Microdermabrasion. MaryKay's is the least expensive one I know of. (And my husband loves it as much as me!)
