Feel really guilty. already had 4 days off because of the x-mas period . How they react to me on Tuesday when i next come in?

they are a large corporation/company, they dont have feelings. you on the hand do, so it doesnt matter. their profits will not be reduced by you not coming in to work for a extra day. and its not as if they pay you 20 pounds an hour.
i dont know your reasons for not going in to work... but sometimes even i feel like not going in as well. you should not be too hard on yourself. cheer up :)
