Hanging is not illegal in the US. If I remember right from Government class, Massachusettes [or maybe it was Utah?] still uses hanging as a method of execution [if the person being executed wants it].
I think that, compared to Saddam Hussein, George Bush looks like an angel. Saddam was one evil man.

What G.W. Bush has done is taken his "Boyhood" "Boogie Man" that he was scarred would come and take away all of "Mommy & Daddys money (oil) and gave him to the opressed people that Hussain kept in control. Now that they have executed him who will keep the fanatics from killing more Americans ? GEORGE W. BUSH ? "GIVE ME A BREAK" !!
It was never our business to start this **** with Iraq in the first place ! Bush should be hanged for crimes against the Iraqi people !!!!!

Actually some states still allow capitol punishment and wouldn't have a problem with hanging. Drugs are the preferred choice now. In Michigan we just strip people of all their rights and throw them in an ugly prison cell for the rest of their life.

Considering the country of Iraq is the one that convicted their own former leader and executed him in their own country, no, I don't see why Bush would be counting anything. Yeah, I get your lame lame joke. Ha ha. You might want to do a fact check though. In some states, a prisoner can request to be hanged or even killed by a firing squad. Learn somethin' new everyday, huh?

At present, only the states of Washington and New Hampshire still retain hanging as an option.
Hanging---IMO, is pretty sick [immoral/not humane].
Saddam was executed in an inhumane way for his inhumaneness..lol.

Actually Saddam was found guilty and hung because he ordered the execution of 148 people who were involved in a plot to assassinate him. I guess he was suppose to give them some sort of medal or award instead.

Bush is busy touting another meaningless accomplishment that has been reached in Iraq,
not realizing that it contributes nothing towards stability, pacification, or reconstruction in Iraq,

He should have been tortured some more first for all the victims that suffered and died under his rule. He got away easy with the hanging.

He would have found another way to execute him. Saddam ought to be counting his blessings that he was hung instead of tortured.
