nature will take its course, if you are meant to grow in the next coming years you will, otherwise there is nothing you can do to grow taller

Wikipedia has a chart of average heights. You seem to be on target to reach average height for a US male (about 5 ft 9 or 10 inches) and could reach 5 11. You have some more years of growth to go, so don't worry about it.

The last growth-spurt occurs in the spine. Get plenty of sleep, as the spine is un-compressed while lying down asleep.

Keep drinking the milk for the calcium to promote bone-growth.

Ignore all the fraudulent books and food supplements on growing taller.

You say you like to keep fit. Swimming front-crawl will keep you aerobically fit, build arm muscle and give you a good triangular upper body shape with broad shoulders. It should be easy on your spine, unlike jogging, etc.

There is no way to grow more than nature intends except through an extremely painful, expensive, and time-consuming leg-lengthening process. Your best bet is to accept who you are. My hubby is 5'6" and is the tallest one in his family... it doesn't affect how much I love him, his job, or anything else in his life though!

I stopped growing when I was 35, so you may have a long way to go yet.

I see this question a lot. There's nothing you can do to effect your height.
