i can't beat rayquaza and now i dunno how to get with him i keep dieing, help!

I think I can see the problem. Your team doesn't have the right moves to take the big dragon down.
Rayquaza is a Dragon/Flying type, giving it a huge weakness to ice attacks. If you can't use one, try crippling Rayquaza. thunder wave from Pikachu will cause paralysis and prevent it from attacking. If you have a swablu, teach it attract and sing and bring that along. With those moves, swablu willl seriously shut it down while the rest of you can attack it.
