First make sure your face is cleansed, toned, and moisturized. Then start with your foundation and make sure you cover your lids as this is the base for your eye makeup. Get yourself a eyeshadow duo or triple in dark shimmery grays and silvers.
Sweep the lightest gray from lash line all the way to brow bones.
next take the second darkest and just cover the lid area and then use the darkest and apply to outer most edges of eyes. The trick is to blend so that there is no obvious lines. Next line your upper lids and smudge upwards so colour blends evenly(with black liner). Then line your lower line just below the lower lashes with black liner.Smudge to a smokey effect. Then curl lashes at base with curler and apply 2 coats of mascara.
This takes some practise but looks amazing on all skin tones and eye colours.Hope I helped you a little.

She has a shimmery gray shadow on her lid. A black shadow blended up and horizontally at the outer corner (use a brush!). Her eyeliner--look!-- is not where most wear their eyeliner. It is worked into her upper lashes (do this by applying from below the lashes) and then on the inner rims (both upper and lower).

It looks like she smudged the eyeliner to give herself a smoked look and it is most likely that she is wearing either mascara or false eyelashes.

Obviously black mascara, black eye liner then smudge it and then use a charcol or black grey eye shadow to create the smoky effect, and graduate it to.
