Book the venue, have a covered area in case of the weather, unless you have specialist village shops on tap contact ice cream, hotdog vendors to come and provide on the day for a commission it is so much less hassle thean doing it yourself. Contact all the local shops and charities to see if they want a stall (charge for pitch bring your own table request an offer of raffle prize) that way you are sure to have a raffle at least. Contact local band or school music department for event. Contact local High School Art Dept to ask them to create your advertising posters as offering to the community. Prize for the winner?
Dont forget First Aid (St John's Ambulance)Car Parking??? have someone assigned to this so that the best use is made of the space.
Good Luck

you may make an basic jelly roll and fill it with sparkling whipped cream and sliced strawberries, or raspberries .......Or ... you will desire to purchase a Nordicware bundt pan, which are available all styles of relaxing shapes. I even have rose and chrysanthemum pans, and there is likewise a 9x13" pan with daisy imprints on the precise. you will come across them at Williams Sonoma or everywhere they sell stable high quality kitchenwear (or on eBay). you will get alot of use out of them! ......OR.... you may make cupcakes and positioned a skinny layer of icing on precise; positioned an oreo cookie on precise of each. Pipe yellow petals around that (green leaves too, in case you opt on). with a dap of frosting, stick a crimson M&M on each and pipe black dots and a line on that to resemble a ladybug.....
