Yes. It's not a holiday to my knowledge.

Yes. The 30th is Saturday. It is not a holiday, so the mail will be brought by USPS. UPS will only be delivering Saturday deliveries, any Next Day Air shipments will be delivered on Tues.

The UPS will not deliver on Dec. 31 or Jan. 1
On Dec. 30, mail and UPS operates as usual.
