show her that you are a good guy. don't act like the others out there. but then again, maybe she is bigheaded, and way too into herself to say that you are not fit for her friendship. if its that, then don't even bother. she just going to sh** on you one way or another and you don't need it. there are more friendship worthy people out there. keep your head up and keep trying.

All you can do is be yourself. If that is not enough to convince her then maybe this friendship wasn't meant to be. It's not enough to change the way you are or go out of your way to convince her that you are worthy of her friendship.
