www.amazon.com has it and Desperately Seeking Susan. That one is a good one too.
P.S. The only thing on www.walmart.com is the soundtrack for Who's That Girl...if they don't have the movie online, the store won't have it either.

You know what's funny? I just saw this movie on Starz not too long ago and was like, "What in the world would make them play THAT movie?" I haven't seen that movie in ages! Madonna looks so different.
I'm sorry I got off topic. If you have cable or dish, I'd try to look for it there. I'd also try eBay or amazon. Hope you find it! :)

Not sure where you are, but eBay currently has 9 copies of it for sale, on both DVD and VHS video.

I have it on VHS and no longer own a VCR.You can have it if you want.I'm sure it is on dvd though somewheres.It's a really cool flick.
