Hi,
I had that problem, and found that stuff called "JB liquid weld" from the local hardware store did the trick.
You just mix the tubes of stuff together, and carefully bung it on the surrounds.
Job done.
It sticks glass to metal like sh*t to a blanket.

If there's not a rubber seal around the frame your best bet is high temperature silicone. Some avavilable here.
