well.. before hilary was fat and just in disney channel. but now she's doing pretty good. Miley is new to disney but already has a bunch of fans.

Miley Cyrus definatly! Miley rocks at both! Hilary was ok but for all the years she worked on Disney and here Miley just came on Miley is such a better singer and actress and the way Miley acts you just really feel that she's having fun with it. So go Miley!

u cant compare hilary duff with a 14 year old with a nineteen yearold miley has this funny accent that always gets on my nerves but i like her show but i think hilary is more preetier
they both r special in there own ways plus i love mileys songs .
