You know there is an F note on the top barline on the treble clef? And there is also one at the bottom in between the second and bottom barlines? So there are two Fs on the treble clef!!

My question is: If there is an f sharp on the keysignature on the TOP f (crossing the top barline) do I have to play it on the bottom one too (in between the second to bottom and bottom barlines)?!
NOT that I have to play it all the way through because I know that!!

Yes. The sharp in the key signature applies to all the F's..
If there were more than one sharp, (say F#, C#, G#) the # would still apply to all the notes with the sharp sign, regardless of which octave they were in.

Yes. The incidentals in the key signature refer to every occurrence of the note unless it's preceded by the "natural" sign.

You also need to sharpen any F above or below the clef.
