Well apparantly the French and Italians have 5 gears on all their military vehicles.
4 reverse, for normal use, and 1 forward, in case they get attacked from the rear

The most cowardly race I ever saw was a Dog & Duck Race in a Scottish village. There were at least six noisy ducks against one single shepherd dog. And yet the dog won, chasing the ducks all over the field. The ducks were of various races and sizes. But I can't say which of the races was the most cowardly. They all behaved much the same. To be fair, the dog WAS bigger than any of the ducks.
If we're not talking races, but states or civilizations, I totally agree with Saehli above.

I don't think anybody is pre-desposed to being cowardly. So to answer your question...well, actaully, the French have a history of cowardice. But thats not a race. What a dumb question.
