I think a neutral shadow would make your eyes pop with a darker liner and some gloss for lip stick

For the eyes I would think you could use a blue with maybe some green to the upper part of the lid. Or you might like it the other way around.
I don't know if you have pink, peach or really fair (white) skin so you should use a lipstick that is a darker shade of your skin except in the case of very fair skin. In that case use some thing like a coral which will go well with the green or blue eye shadow.

Hmm.. For the eyes dark blue or light green, I have the same eyes and hair as you eather of those helped me ;]
For the lips use pink lip gloss that you put on with those special brushes (like mascara), it really stands out and is sparkly too!! Go to your local store and try some on.

Depends on what look you're after, for a natural look then a pale brown eyeshadow will be OK. also depends on your skin tone.
You can go to the beauty counter of any department store (best when they are not busy) and ask them to make you up with thier products. The sales assistants usually love to do this, makes their day more interesting, and you will get some good make up advice and tips. Remember, however, to see what it looks like outside in daylight as department store lights aren't great. I do this very frequently - but remember to do it when they're not busy - and have got great ideas on makeup. they often give you little samples of perfumes and creams as well.
Have fun!
