why is it when im calmed and im happy be possitve my man gots to mest it up and get me uppset and angry inside like right now i feel so angry with him cause he mest up my moring by takeing something i asked the wrong way n trust me it was not bad and nothing neggative torse him

Honestly I couldn't make out half the question so I may miss something here but there could be a few reasons why this happens:
1 He doesn't realize that his actions will upset you
2. Misery loves company and there are people out there who will upset a happy person just so they have somebody to comiserate with
3. You may be over reacting to the situation or not able to control and difuse your anger.
Please don't take offense to #3. Many people don't know how to control anger and even though they don't get irrate and blow up into a tirade, it affects the quality of their life because it affects their emotional health. I was one of these people so I am well aware of what it can do to somebody's attitude.

It's a hard thing to learn to do but it can be done.....you've got to put him and his negativity behind you and go on with your day. Don't allow anyone to ruin your happiness for a minute. You are in control of your emotions...not anyone else. Work on this and I promise you....no one will ruin your day again. Some people just don't like to see others happy and enjoy ruining their good time....ignore these people. Remember you control your feelings so don't allow anyone to change them.
