Dont do it, you will get a rubbish deal. If anything try and purchase a pub outright, but most leases are rigged in favour of the landlord. Things such as the price of the drinks you have to buy of the landlord/pub company, the rent review which will always go up but never down. DONT DO IT!!!!!!

Bristol's a good place people are friendly. Best places for pubs just out side city centre . Other areas that are busy and not to rough st George, Hot wells , ST Phillips ( lots of new things happening round there going to be busy by train station) . Theres lots to many to name . If you plan on doing food you cant go wrong.
