I posted recently about logging in problems - it is when I try to log in to my ISP (Tiscali) - not when I log into IE - as I realise you do not log into IE!! There are no fields to log in with. Anyone else problems connecting to the net with their ISP after installation?

You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.

I don't know if any of the toolbars in IE7 stay the same as IE6, but I had your exact problem with my IE6. It's worth a try, anyway, Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections, and be sure "Always dial my default connection" is checked. Then, when you click Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, it will open a connection window.

Last time I had a tech issue and called my ISP techs, the first thing they asked was if I had IE 7. They said there are numerous problems associated with it, to not download it until the bugs are worked out...I just update IE 6.
