well, does the indivdual feel discriminated against? if so, why? is the individual denied certain rights/ rewards/opportunities that others are receiving?
if it is in the work place, has the individual talked with a superior about it? has the individual talked with an in-house human resource person?
if it is a school situation, has the individual talked to an authority, a counsellor?
has the individual documented certain alleged discriminatory practices? taken notes with dates and times?
is the individual just trying to blame others or is there discrimination? true discrimination must be documented, verified, etc.
