My midwife suggested curb walking with my second. She said you'll feel retarded. I imgine you'll look pretty silly too. Curb walking is where you walk with one foot up on the curb and the other out in the street, back and forth. She said it rocks your pelvis and if you're ready, if could cause you to go into labor. She also suggested taking a prim rose supplement.
Good Luck, I too have had two vaginal deliveries and a c-section. I'd go for a v-bac too, if I were having anymore! Take care.

Been there....I carried 2 weeks late with my youngest, and tried everything to induce labour...driving down bumpy roads, drinking red raspberry tea ( by the gallons!!!..lol), wild sex, nipple stimulation, warm/hot baths.....and absolutely nothing happened!
Finally I just told my doctor to do a catheter induction. She did, and 5 hours later I had a healthy 10lb baby boy!
As long as your not overdue, I would honestly just let nature take it's course, even thought I can imagine that you are incredibly uncomfortable. Good luck with baby #4 ( our #4 is due in June!)

sure, I did, besides the undeniable fact that i did no longer want to attempt a VBAC my surgeon needed me to. (it relatively is often any incorrect way around) It went very nicely yet to be common I loved having the C-section extra helpful. I had my final 2 toddlers C-section as nicely. in case you want to attempt it then examine with your surgeon and the scientific institution which you're turning in at. My final 2 deliveries the scientific institution that I introduced at had a no VBAC rule via legal accountability motives. They stated if i needed a VBAC i might ought to furnish at yet another scientific institution. considering the fact that that became the only scientific institution my surgeon had privileges at I had no determination...and that became effective with me. good success with despite you p.c..

hi, try walking, if you walk gravity pulls the baby down further which will open you up more, also try eating fresh pineapple, and blowing up balloons breathing into a balloon puts pressure on your abdomen - BUT BE CAREFUL WITH THE BALLOONS DON'T GET YOUR SELF BREATHLESS OR DIZZY. stay on your feet and sway from side to side this is best.

My wife went dancing. She rode on a motorcycle. My mom said she drank karo syrup or something like that.
