i have done a pregnancy test and it came out positive, which we are very happy about.
The only problem was that i was getting a slight brownish discharge a few days after, its not much, just like when you are coming to the end of a period.
Is this normal, we are getting a bit worried.

The discharge that you are getting is normal,If you loose bright red blood then you worry.Make a appointment with your GP after the Christmas break,he will book an appointment for you to have a scan and work out when your baby is due.

That happened with me for all of my pregnancies. For my first pregnancy though, I had an actual period for the first four months...so I didn't even suspect pregnancy, until I started puking and feeling nauseaous all of the time. I am 15 weeks pregnant with our 4th child, and I had 1 day of 'spotting' when my normal period should have occured.
In all honesty if you are concerened, go to the clinic and get it checked out, it's probably nothing, but it wouldn't hurt to put your mind at ease.
Good luck, and congrats.

yes that is normal.
that happened to me with my first pregnancy.
i even taught it was my periode so was shocked to learn i was pregnant. Eventually i had a miscarriage at 22 weeks.
Just to clear things up, go to a gp let him have a blood test done to be sure you are pregnant and in a couple weeks have a ultrasound done.
if ou are pregnant be happy at all times when you are happy the baby is happy
good luck and happy new years

Congratulations.
Dont worry this can sometimes happen. You can always go and speak to your gp for reassurance as you should make an appointment to them now you have a positive test.
Good luck with your baby.

Its very normal, but I would still go to the dr to check it out and make sure everything is ok. It sounds like you have implantation spotting.
Good luck with everything!
