I'd love to speak "nice-nice" to you, but everyone is already doing that so here goes....
Stop feeling this way because it is very self-destructive and nobody deserves to have to battle with the face in the mirror.
Get up..... shout at the World... bark at the Moon.... look at the Life around you and see that it really isn't that terrible.
Tomorrow get up and do something completely different for once..... abandon the life you have for one hour.....
If you drink coffee everyday..... have a cup of tea.
If you break with what is holding you down/back/under..... then you can finally see daylight again.
I dont care what you feel your problems are, there are people with a better life and people with a crappier life all around you.
Concentrate upon yourself.... you deserve it.
If this is about someone else not appreciating...... then dump them and if they are important enough in your life they will return on their own. If this is about money or education or your living conditions...... make a change starting tomorrow.

Don't try to improve yourself all the time or beat yourself up because you didn't do something right.
People will like you more if you don't show off or try to be superior. Just be friendly, smile more, show an interest in other people, join in things and try to fit in. Be positive, don't spoil the mood of an occasion by moaning or criticising other people.
Wear what other people wear. Don't think everything you say has to be fascinating. Everyone else talks about TV and fashion and gossip and trivia. Just do the same.
If you've done something bad in the past, forgive yourself, or apologise to people it affected.

Stop watching TV and following the news for about a week and you will feel better about yourself in no time.You'll also feel better about the world around you.
The messages from TV are that you're never good enough, don't have enough stuff, not good looking enough, and your life is dull compared to the people on TV.
The news is all about killing, disasters, and all the other negative aspects of the human condition. It really gets old hearing the same type of story, over and over and over.

Cheer up. Do the best you can and try to ignor what others may think of you. We all have our own talents and pace. Try not to
compare yourself with others . You are special and have a right to be here. The world would not be the same without you.

Begin with changing your self talk. When you find yourself engaging in negative self-talk, redirect the internal conversation to something positive. Even if you don't entirely believe the positive statements now, they will become part of your internal conversation and, over time, change how you view yourself.
If you have someone in your life who is giving you negative feed back, try and avoid them if you can, or redirect, inside you head, each negative message they give you into one that is positive.

ok i think you are not that bad because you want to change yorself first go and help people who need you for example go and buy a chocolate for a poor chils or pray god help your mother study a book about romance become more romantic tell yourself that you like yourself and all the people all over the world have nice wishes for all the humans. give seeds to small birds go and sit under the sky and look at the stars =shining in the sky to know that how nice is god and how powerful he is. go to a park and see naive children playing go and play with them . make freinds . buy present for yourself because the first step to like people is to try like yourself.
