No, entrapment would be if I was a police officer and I came to you and asked you for drugs but you didn't have any and went and got some for me and then I arrest you for sales.

A defendant is considered entrapped if either (1) the police engaged in impermissible conduct that would induce a law-abiding person to commit a crime in similar circumstances or (2) the police engaged in conduct so reprehensible that it cannot be tolerated.

When examining, in entrapment context, whether governmental activity would impermissibly induce criminal conduct, several factors are considered: (1) appeals to defendant's sympathy as a friend, (2) whether defendant had been known to commit charged crime, (3) any long time lapses between investigation and arrest, (4) any inducements that would make commission of a crime unusually attractive to hypothetical law-abiding citizen, (5) offers of excessive consideration or other enticement, (6) a guarantee that acts alleged as crimes were not illegal, (7) extent of any government pressure, (8) existence of sexual favors, (9) threats of arrest, (10) any government procedures that tended to escalate criminal culpability of defendant, (11) police control over any informant, and (12) whether investigation was targeted.

Using civilian narcs is the same as someone reporting a rape, robbery, murder, or noise disturbance. A case of entrapment could be made if the police were the ones selling the drugs to someone, though..
