Sorry, babe, you're pretty much done. You may grow a little more, but I doubt you'll add an extra six inches, and even if you did, it wouldn't be through exercising.

sorry, but you can't grow higher through excercises. The only thing that might possibly (though I doubt it) work is either radical surgery on the legs, or huge doses of growth hormone.
Surgery would be very long, very painful and you would have problems with walking even if it was "successful"
Growth hormone would make you look like an acromegalic (like the "Jaws" character in older James Bond movies). For certain it means loss of teeth and facial disfigurement - but no guarantee that the long bones would start growing again

u really cant grow 6 inches when ur 19 already. ur almost done growing anyway. the only other thing that will really make a difference is taking pills for that and i recomend that u ask ur doctor what kind to take and whatnot.
