i'm guessing that you mean you want to control your anger. depending on the situation there are a couple of things that you can do.
take a deep breath, count to ten, and think about why you are angry.
is being angry going to help?
do you want whoever made you angry to have that much control over you? (this one usually works for me)
if you are a religious person you can ask for help in dealing with your anger.
good luck.

I heard about anger, and about being angry but angry ness. It seems that anger has you in a mess!
Well, it is easier said than done, but I somewhere read that 'anger can be controlled by reasoning'. If somehow we could realize that 'what starts in anger ends in shame', then we would all be better.
Being angry is a common malady. We are all in the same boat in this modern (really backward as far as human values are concerend).

Perhaps you should take up a martial art, so you can learn how to discipline yourself, mediatate and control your anger and emotions in a focused way.
You should probably try to find out why you get angry so easily, What is it that makes you 'kick off'?...you may even wish to consider talking to someone, whether that be a counsellor or a friend who can listen properly and give objective feedback.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. This brochure is meant to help you understand and control anger.

Don't react immediately in case someone has said or done something which angered you, Think why he or she has said or done that. Give benefit of doubt as anybody can do wrong including yourself. After a carefull examination, in majority of cases, you will find that the reason was justified.
