ya, it's very simple just put the shortcut of your program in the startup folder of the programs menu, then whenever you start your windows it will automatically load.

In a separate new folder, or the program will make a folder itself in the Windows/programs/.... folder.
The program if u want to run will associate itself with XP, If u don't want the windows XP to be associated with don't load the program, Always delete the programs through the un install program.
