Hi
I have a 15 month old girl - we had her immunised recently.
In truth the jab is not so controversial - the autism findings were not that conclusive and not certain. Since then it has been shown that it is a safe vaccine. NHS has a site about it - just type in MMR NHS and you can read more. I did it all in one after reading about it and I believe it is better not to put your child thru 3 injections - do 3 injections really reduce the risk? If you think about it the risk is not reduced the exposure is still there - if there is any risk at all.

I did a research paper on this matter and i looked in to it with a lot of depth all my 3 kids had it with no problems and my research showed no evidence to link it with autism most children who have autism develop it or have is diagnosed around the age when the mmr is due and this is were the confussion with it came from and it was easy to blame the vaccine for the condition why put your child through the pain of 3 injection when it can be done in 1 good luck im sure you will choose what you feel is best for you and your child as no1 can tell you what to do on this matter

I tell ya.......... I really can get quite sideways about this whole thing. I do not think anyone should have the right to force you into doing something to your child. With the schools..........making sure everyone is inoculated before entering and such. I want my child and all children to be safe from disease's. One minute the vaccine is safe with little side effects and the next minute it causes things like autism among others. What the heck is a parent to do?
I would prefer to have a good educated choice. The 3 in one is eaiser on your child. Until they come up with better studies that don't change like the wind what else are we to do?

I labored professionaly with autistic little ones for a protracted time and there is not any perplexing data that having the MMR jab is an considerable rationalization for autism. i might presume you had the two twins given the jab on the comparable time, and yet in simple terms one is autistic. there is diverse study happening in usa to objective and set up the rationalization for autism, and that i think of they are making some super leap forward's. lots look to think of that eating ordinary performs an considerable section, yet nevertheless who truly is conscious. i'm beneficial the two considered one of your boys are captivating and you adore them to products. solid success

Both my kids had the mmr and no problems remember if you dive separatley you are risking your childs health as they cant all be given in one go. How would you feel if the caught measles or mumps? We were concerned initially but a relative who workde for the autistic society said they recomended it. Also think if they have thr mmr its 2 jabs if have separatley its 6. I kinow which i would prefer.

My son had the single vaccines. It was at the time when the controversy was at its height. Now, pregnant with my second child I am undecided over this matter but don't think I could afford to go private again.

you don't have to do it at all unless you want to. My son has been vax free for awhile now and he's got a healthy immune system. His pediatrician recommended that we avoid vaccinations because my son's cousin is autistic. Some countries don't do the mmr vax until 2-3 years and they have a lower rate of autism. If you live in a place of great sanitation and eat a healthy diet, measles is not life threatening. A lot of people will throw you stats of people dying in Africa, well just think of what they have to eat and they have tainted water-not the best immune systems! My parents have had measles, mumps, rubella, and they have great immune systems, just missed some school. My grandpa who went through the polio epidimic will even congratulate me on my decision to vaccinate. You also have to ask yourself if you have had your boosters-vaxes wear off over time and if you believe so much in vaccinations you should be up to date too ;)
now I'm waiting for the thumbs down like I usually get lol. lmao luddite, thanx for the thumbs down. Did you read what I said-a PEDIATRICIAN TOLD US NOT TO IMMUNIZE. I guess that medical school he went through was b.s. in your eyes. Wake up!
