This is sort of difficult, because we don't know your age, background (Work) or what area your truing to get into. That being the case, let me tell what happened to me. I was in Medicine for 36 years and in the beginning it was very difficult for me (You want to start making a name for yourself, right?). Now you must also remember that this was back in the 70's, so I was young, I was going to save everyone, eager?? Full tilt and back again!! An Elderly Physician came up to me one day, and asked me, "A Patient has a rash, it's painful, hot to the touch and their scared because it could mean the worst for them. What do you do?" I came up with three scenarios, all of them good one's ta boot. He listened and then said, "Those are all clinically good approaches, but you forgot one thing, an essential thing too. You forgot to CURE their fear. Cure the fear and you will be 90% ahead of the game. Your youth and level of experience is showing. Take your time, be patient, learn "Life" first, the skills will follow."
Yo need to get your feet wet, before you can paddle and later be a swimmer. Besides this, ya just have to pay your dues, first. In time, you will see people coming to you, then you'll know where you stand. So be patient, Learn Life, Be happy, but mostly be available and a good "Problem Solver". I wish you well.

Oh, what is normal? I think you will find that normal is pretty much whatever you want as long as you don't exceed the boundaries of our society [e.g. the law]. Sounds to me you are perfectly normal. It is perfectly normal to want to work. Work is critical to the human existence. It is the means by which we define ourselves as individual in our society. Go for it! Get that job, be confident, achieve.....you'll love it. Be someone. Leave your foot prints in the sand. At some point in your life you will look back at what you accomplished. Many...many of us will look back and be disappointed by the fact that we failed to make a difference. Be someone....do something...make a difference. Carpi Diem!

Confidence is not how you perceive yourself, but how others do. You may think you are confident, but that's only your opion.
You sound to me like you have low self esteem anyway, try finding what makes you happy. With happiness comes confidence. All should lead on from there buddie.

sure it relatively is , loss of self esteem is reason in the back of all, we are able to be sure many handicaps are doing many documents in spite of of their inabilities yet some persons born with good wellness does no longer something and having themselves low self assurance even however they has ambition , so self esteem is important source for a persons' fulfillment , in basic terms those persons who has that can gain his ambition, having ambition on my own unlikely to do any ask your self ......

you're not doing anything wrong in fact you're doing great compared to other people because most of them are lazy to even think if you really want to be noticed just wait when you accomplish something but the important thing is that you have goals and you know that laziness gets you nowhere

Make people notice you. Strike up an interesting conversation around other people and see how it goes from there. Broaden your mind.
