Every Bible code based on words that I have seen is false because any body of text that large will statistically produce a percentage of coincidental combinations. Moby Dick is a classic example. The sheer volume of text produces similar occurrences to the supposed Bible codes. There is however a mathematical one that is beyond reproach produced by a former atheist called Ivan Panin. He was a Russian mathematician and here is what he discovered. The bible was written in Aramaic,Hebrew and Greek. Each language used letters for numbers at that time. If you convert all the letters to the number equivalents something incredible is revealed. I have given you enough to chase it up if you are interested but it is fascinating if you like maths.

I think the Bible should be read for what it actually means. Weren't Bible codes used to predict the Second Coming once, and it didn't come at the oppointed date? That's because the Bible says that Jesus would come at an unexpected time, so no one will know when He comes. I think that when the Bible predictes the future, it just says that such and such a thing will happen (though it may use imagery like "the beast" in Revelation for instance), there is no need to look for codes.

that they are a bunch of crap. Did you read about the guy who did the same study using "War And Peace"? He found THE EXACT SAME THINGS!
In other words, you can always use simple mathematical formulas to find hidden messages in books that you are looking for. The key is that you can always adjust the formulas in order to find what you are looking for to begin with. If you start off an experiment KNOWING what you want to find, in this case you can just keep looking until you think you have found it.
For there to be hidden divine codes in the bible, we would have to be able to look at the bible as it was first written.....do you know how many times the bible has been changed?!!!! Literally HUNDREDS of times.
There are many many points that show why the Bible codes are a misguided attempt by the faithful.

When you accept Jesus as Savior and He sends the Holy
Spirit to baptize you then you also become en grafted with the Word. The Word of God is not for natural mans understanding and cannot be discerned without the Spirit. I am sure you could take the Bible and put it on a computer and make it say anything you want it to say. What good is that if it does not confirm what God is saying to you personally? There are no tricks and there are no mysteries. God can be perceived at any level of understanding and does not need tricks to converse with His people. The written and the spoken Word are only to confirm what God is talking to you about already. When you study the word it will lead you to realization of Truths that God has planted in your consciousness.

Well it will be a tool used to help the benefactors cash in on the claims in the Torah and with the blessing of the Christians, just believing what ever their masters tell them is true. Truly I ask you how would it be legitimate for the Israelis to occupy Israel, if it was not written in the bible, " God Gave The Israelites A Nation" so as longs as the Christians believe this, the benefactors can claim all of the claims for themselves leaving the rest of the world with nothing.

It makes no sense, it takes a computer to do this, and you put in a search word in Hebrew then scan the Hebrew text, and sometimes the word shows up as every 40th letter, or every 50th letter or some other spacing sequence.
I copied this from a website:
The first serious attack on WRR's paper was published by mathematicians Dror Bar-Natan and Brendan McKay. They found that a small change in the choice of appellations for the famous rabbis can lead to War and Peace performing just as well as Genesis.

my opinion is that there is some credibility to things found and seen. but the code was broken sometime in history and thus the scriptures were indeed corrupted by false teachers.
i base this opinion on the several interveiws ive heard on coasttocoastam.com. One man testified that he had run some programs and received some statements and then to in part they became jumbled.
I also think that God has knowledge of subliminal imagery, underscored in the scriptures and that some people when they read can have their mind enlightened and are able to Read the invisible interpretations.
but then again just SEEING past bad grammar outlined around the good stuff is a possiblity too.

the subject with the code is that it style of feels to be logical and appealing yet on added learn it relatively is revealed as little extra suitable than manipulation of semantics and of direction promises a rewarding vehicle for some authors. it relatively is a certainty that in case you took any large e book(say Tolstoy`s conflict and Peace) and then concern it to the very comparable technique we detect that it too, will demonstrate the comparable effects because of the fact the Bible in which you will be able to %. out many weird and wonderful sentences etc.

I have not done any in depth study of the code itself, but I feel that the message contained in plain black and white in the bible is enough to give it a divine hand in penmanship. And to predict the future is not what God intended. He simply wanted us to be ready for when Jesus comes back. I do not know why people feel the need to add anything else to it that may or may not have relevance.
