Where does money come into play at? I don't think it costs nothing to have a baby here in the US. Yes, medical bills will be expensive, but to actually have the baby? No.
You may face some hateful CBP employees at the border, but other than that you are 100 percent legal. If your baby is born here, then it will be deemed a US Citizen. You will need to apply to the US Department of State for a US Passport soon after he or she is born. This passport is proof of citizenship, and also serves as a travel document so your baby can get back into his or her country without any problems as well.
You also have the option of applying to USCIS using the form N-600. This is a form which allows you to get a certificate of citizenship for your child. However, you may find that applying for a passport is more convenient because it is often times a faster process and serves as the travel document as well.
For more information concerning this, I reccomend you consult www.uscis.gov, which is the former INS' website.
Good luck!!!

Most airlines will not allow you to fly at 6 months. In addition, CBP might very well refuse to admit you if they believe you are traveling to the US for the sole purpose of giving birth to a US citizen child. Finally, even if you are admitted, you will be required to pay - probably in cash, up front - for all your maternal costs, which are vastly higher than in Bangladesh.

If you travel the Mexicana, They don't care. Just recently they let a woman travel that was 9 months pregnant, and was due in about a week, when they landed in Chicago she when into labor.
Talk about being desperate, but illegals do what they want.
Do us all favor and stay in you're own country to have you're baby.

Do you mean you are actually planning your visit so that you can have an American child??? And you are not even ashamed of abusing your potential host's kindness. What has become of this world?

If you are entering the country legally you should have no problem. Just bring $10,000 US to pay for the birth of your baby and take it with you when you leave.

You should plan to reach in US as your preganancy get at least just 4 months. There will no problems except delivery expenses. The baby automatically will get US Citizenship.Don't think for any type of problem in US while getting treatment in Hospital.
