love between two different genders is very common,unless u meant that it's special,serious n w'd view to marriage one day.if u r serious in loving a girl,u've to find out if she loves u too by trying the following tactics:
1) invite her to ur house n recommend her with ur parents.she accepts?
2) spend something e.g. lunch or dinner,face 2 face chatting.she agrees?
3) buy some special presents 4 her birthday.she accepts?
4) u must always contact her n does she contact u back?
5) both of u have the common interest?mutual understanding?
if the above r yes,then u can go ahead n woo her.
