You should have a look at this website which gives both last minute and year round prices, many below $125 per night . All hotels are listed by stars so the best will be 5 stars, although the best value might include other hotels with inclusions.

Most of the hotels in Perth and Adelaide are below that price. Try Wotif.com.au for the best Aussie rates. Should get a real good hotel for that price.
