I'm not sure about "hair falling in winter" but I think it is normal and wonderful that you want to have sex. I think that you can take care of this easily.
There are so many men just dreaming about a woman that will want to have sex with them that this is problem easily solved. And after having some good sex - I'm sure your hair problem will be insignificant. So go out and grab some guy by the balls and whisper "F**k me in his ear and you will be better soon.
