Most people use an exercise bike about half a dozen times. I'd suggest you buy a second hand one, as it would be cheaper, and would have almost no miles on the clock at all.

Is riding a real bike too dangerous where you live? If it isn't, and if it is a better alternative than taking 3 buses to go 5 miles, then I'd go with a real bike. (Work your way up to distances, your bum will hurt initially, as may your leg muscles.)

No it is a waste of money, you will use it a few times and then it will gather dust, and just be in the way. Get yourself a real bike and see some of the countryside and get some fresh air at the same time.

Sorry I don't recognise the word "routen"

cool.i invested in a good quality bike and use it when u want.its not like ur paying membership so u dont feel presurised.1 hr is to much to start with.half hour is ideal 3/4 times a week.dont try to set unrealistic goals.build up gradually.the way i seeit,if it makes u sweat then ur loosing the pounds.
tip.look for 1 with plenty of resistance.

Sounds like a good start, but this would be a cardio workout, and you would get much better results if you did it for 40 minutes a day, every day. If you were lifting weights, your mon/wed/fri schedule would work, since that kind of workout requires that your body rest for a while.

A pedometer is cheaper and takes up less space. Put on some music and dance around till you have enough steps, much more fun than a bike. Aim for 10,000 steps a day.

This website for pedometer enthusiasts will give you help, advice, encouragement. It's for pedometer enthusiasts, not commercial, not selling anything

i thouroughly recommend an ex bike. keep it in front of the television and do it while watching something. Buy a "magnetic" one. these are smooth and quiet. going to the gym is great , but can be boring ...
the ex bike saves on gym fees, boredom, and the time spent going to and coming home from the gym ...

it somewhat is a sturdy deal and a 650 is a amazing motorbike not a real game motorbike even inspite of the shown fact that it does have the ability to get you into difficulty so which you gotta be mature whilst using, insurance isn't that costly which you would be able to besides get it and in case you have not already take a msf classification!

personally i think its better to exercise in the fresh air, i reckon you'd get more joy buying a bike and taking it out, if your insecure about cycling in front of people get a carrier for your car and go on the moors or something , i think you will get bored sat there cycling and it aint really exercise for your brain if like most you cycle while watching the tv, if you had kids or a partner they may want to join in too, it just seems silly to me !!
