Ok I like this guy, buy he seems to be afraid to talk to me, and I want to get his attention (WITHOUT having to be dressed like a whore). Like I want him to notice me and see that I'm easy to talk to, but I don't really know what the best way of doing that is. Please help and please be nice.

Juz be brave n go to talk him. Speaking first n making first impression is alw important. You can talk abt anythin. really. once u start talkin to each other, it will b easier.

Best way to get a guy's attention? Be classy. Be true. Be fun. Be spontaneous. Be bright & most importantly, be yourself because you know it'll come back & bite you in the bum & you don't want the guy to be an absolute charmer at first sight & then turn into a jerk the next day ... if the guy doesn't like you after all that, well, girlfriend, he ain't for you & you're the winner both ways because you lost nothing & learned something about yourself (and what a classless *** he is).... thats what its all about - preparing yourself for the right guy. And if you have to dress yourself "down" to get him, then thats all he's after & he'll keep looking for girls like that plus you've lost a bit of self esteem along the way ... the rest is up to you. You can't dress up like a whore to draw attention of a guy who is so shy. Be polite and humble to him for a start - a simple 'hello, sorry, thank you' may do wonders to assure him that he won't be rebuked or laughed at if he approaches you. Next, pass a little smile directly at him whenever you pass by him. He shall be prompted to return your smile and this will help him come out of his shyness. Then start little conversations with him -- try the old method of talking about weather -- it's time tested and he will definitely break free from his shell. Just be friendly to him touch him o n his arm or shoulder. Whenever you see him ask him how he's doing. If he's afraid to talk to you, then talk to him. Eventually he will get over his shyness and talk to you, Either that or he's just not interested.
Perhaps wear something low cut and tasteful. I'm not sure what you mean by dressing like a whore. But guys really like it when a girl dresses sexy. Guys are sight orientated meaning they are turned on by what they see> whatever you decide, god luck!

the best way to grab someones attention is not to give any attention to that person.although you do have to dress up,that definitely plays a factor but looking nice doesnt mean dressing up like a whore,if you look good,then you feel good,and your confidence itself can be very appealing...youre living your own life doing your own thing...you want him to notice you...just go with the flow....be confident..look good...and enjoy yourself

I guess you really don't like him if you are not willing to approach him. Just talk to him the next time you see. Start the conversation about something like the weather, work, school, something basic then just introduce yourself. That way he will notice you and know you are easy to talk to.

Talk to him. He may be thinking the same thing about you that you are about him. People aren't mind readers. He may be dying to talk to you be is too shy...just as you seem to be. The worst he can do is shut you down...but that's where you are right now. If you don't ask the question, you've already accepted "no" as the answer. So...ask.

Find out from someone what he likes to do, then mention it in passing that u like it too - a friendship starts easily if there is a common interest!!

get his number and message him tellin him all ur feeling about him and tell him tht ur not at all hard to talk to, and ask him if he's shy to talk to u in front of his friends then u can contact each other by technology(example, mobile, e-mail, chats), tell him in the message tht u too r interested in him, and wants to be friends or wateva with him, lets c his responce then, n if u wanna sleep with him tell him tht too but at a later stage for example in ur second mesage or wen u r engaged in the relationship
