You might try Borders Fine Arts available from PostHorn, Castle Douglas, Scotland. Borders Fine Arts are amazing and collectors items.
They do a lovely doberman on a plinth. Link as below. Quite pricey at £75 but will last forever.
I have varios BFA, and love them all. They are honestly so perfect.

The above isn't really a question - are you looking for a statue of a doberman on a plinth, do you want to train a doberman to stand on a plinth, lure one that is standing on a plinth to a more sensible place, is plinth a slang name for a drug?
Kudos on using the word plinth, though.
