It has been wisely said. The first step is the hardest. First you have to master the alphabet for writing purposes. For speaking purposes, you shall have to first watch people speaking Hindi, then mix with them and learn.
A wonderful about Hindi is that it is written the same way as the words are pronounced, unlike English in which a word can suddenly, without any notice go 'silent' or pronounced in a different way. Even the word pronounciation is written and spoken differently!

I don't know of sites but watch any TV channel that shows Indian Serials(Saas Bahu Dramas). No one can teach you Hindi faster than that.
