i accidentally pushed format CF card in the camera under menu, and now all my pics are gone... i kindof want them back. HELP??!! PLease!

In most cases, if your pictures go away for some reason or another, you can retrieve them using image software like Lexar's Image Rescue. However in this case I'm afraid its a lost cause.
Unless...
If you were able to shut the camera down by turning it off before the format had actually started/gone through with the entire process... them you might be able to recover some files.
I'm afraid there isn't much you can do.

Hopefully you have not used the card you formatted since it is still very possible to recover the photos that were 'erased' when you pushed format. You can find some info here:

And you might google 'compact flash data recovery' where you will find many tools that will recover your photos (many are freeware). Just take a deep breath and get your photos back.

IF YOU DIDNOT TAKE ANY PICTURES AFTER FORMATTING THE CARD,THERE WILL BE SOFTWARE TO RECOLLECT THE PRINTS. Search in google for digital image/photo recovery softwares.
