My AVG anti-virus automatically deleted my autorun.vbs & autorun.bat when a virus was detected. The virus that affected those two were the Trojan horse Small.2.AA and Trojan horse small.2.Z. How can i re-install autorun.vbs and autorun.bat so that i can open my drive C? It affected some files from C:\System Volume Information\_restore... Please help me, thank you.

Restart your syste.
Repeatedly press F8.
A screen will appear allowing you to boot from a number of options. Choose last known good configuration.
When the system starts make sure you have the deleted files.
Then scan the system again and manually remove the viruses from the system.

I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems.
Some RAM/hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful. Try this site, if you can get what is required.
