When I tried installing IE7 on my laptop, the installation wizard asked me to temporarily disable all the anti-virus and security software because they may cause installation problem. I have AVG anti-virus and AdAware software on my laptop but I don't know how to temporarily disable them. Is it necessary to disable them while installing IE7 or can it be installed without doing this. If its necessary to temporarily disable them, please tell me how to do it.

it would desire to be led to with the aid of a toolbar or upload-on which you have extra to internet Explorer. you could checklist and eliminate them with the aid of kit -> manage upload-ons (in IE7), or kit -> internet ideas -> courses tab -> manage upload-ons... (in IE6). you additionally can run internet Explorer with all the upload-ons disabled: click initiate -> All courses -> upload-ons -> gadget kit, and then click internet Explorer (No upload-ons). while you're on internet Explorer 6, it is relatively worth upgrading to 7.
