Human Resources: people working in an office enviroment, acting as the "go-between" between their employer and the U.S. Government (who slips the business a nice grant check), by setting up in that business scores of politically correct policies.

It's worth noting also that these policies and "laws" set forth by the U.S. Government and proven in place/enforced by HR staff are nothing short of the slow eradication of your rights as a U.S. Citizen; such polices disguised as "fair", "unbiased" and "ethcial" are outright insulting.

Yes, HR staff do recruit, as would any other business seeking employees--but HR people also train (actually, they condition) new hired employees into acceptance of those politically correct policies/ "laws". Oh....did I fail to mention the business (AND State the business is located in) gets a hefty U.S. Government grant check for their "compliance"??

You can thank the female politically empowered ( Hillary Clinton, notwithstanding) for the creation of Human Resource offices and staff.

You do not necessarily do all of the hiring and firing, but you would handle the new hires, fires paperwork and act as the company liaison.
