I wouldn't take a chance with that, go to the ER and get your friend some help. He obviously needs some help with his suicidal tendencies/depression issues. Don't wait until it's too late to help him.

Go to ER at let the triage nurse in on what has happened. They may put him on fast track and see him quickly. I hope he coughed up most of the aspirin otherwise there is a chance of internal bleeding but moreover the psychological side needs to be addressed. ER nurses will give referrals, etc. Depression isn't a fun way to live and nobody has to live miserable and sad. Medication and counseling works!

Help your friend. He is crying out for help. God Bless.

WHAT?! what form of a vet stated to supply the canines tylenol?! Does the vet not be attentive to that acetiminaphen would be deadly whilst ingested by using a canines? It sounds to me like the wound would be contaminated. come across a differant vet ASAP! Swelling is the bodys organic reaction to aggrivation like a chew or a severe scratch. peroxide and neosporin are fantastic for cleansing. i could aslo evaluate applying a commercial antibacterial wound wash. If the canines starts off to have problems ingesting or ingesting or if the wound starts off oozing or smelling undesirable, get the canines to a vet. If the wound is extremely deep or long, come across a vet and get stitches. end giving the canines over-the-counter drugs, in the event that they at the instant are not prescribed by using a vet for canines use, do not use them, they'd do greater harm than good.

Say you're going in the other room to check for werewolves and dial 911. Your friend, besides being the biggest idiot I've ever heard of, needs syrup of ipecac and iv fluids and monitoring. Also it sounds like a 72 hour commit is in order. Best of luck to you and your dumb*** of a friend.

Take him to an emergency room ASAP.
Even though he vomited them, it is possible that a siginificant amount went into his system. Also, was this actually aspirin or might it be acetaminophen (Tylenol)? The latter is much more toxic to the liver. Also, *why* did he take them? He possibly needs a psych referral as well.

definately call a doctor as soon as they are open,...

if the pills were vomitted intact,... gross I know.. count them to see how much he actually injested.

if it is under 6 injested... dont worry too much,... make sure he remains warm.... too much asprin can lower the body temperature quite rapidly (*I know from experiance)
also monitor stool (poop) samples to make sure there is no blood in them (an indication of bleeding in the G-I tract.

if over 10 were injested....
you should consider going to the ER if ANY other symptoms appear.

All overdose patients must be taken to a hospital immediately. Contrary to the urban legend, one can die from ingesting a bottle of pills, even if they are subsequently thrown up.
