A few weeks ago, I asked if I should give up on finding my missing best friend. I explained the back story and everything and I got responses that told me to keep looking. After four years, I found him! Yay! Now what? I mean, just because I was looking for him and loving him and wanting to be with him doesn't mean that he is available to return the love. Yes, he was my best friend and to thins day is one of the most lovely and friendly people that I have ever met. Yes, he did like me and I liked him when last we were in contact. I just don't know what to do. All of this hope has been building and dreams have been dreamt and plans have been imagined, but they were MY plans and I didn't take into consideration that after this much time has passed, he may very well be married and have a family. I'm so so so unexplainably happy that I have found my guy, but should I tell him how I feel and risk being crushed by whatever is going on in his life? Help. I'm scared.

The sooner you find out the truth the better, no harm finding out earlier that actually he really likes you too. Even if the outcome isnt what you expected, its better than having all your plans and dreams built up really high and crushing down, you can still be friends . The sooner you find out the lesser it might hurt or the other way round, the more you might be loved. Just tell yourself, its never the end.. there are lots of guys out there, besides staying single isnt that bad after all. If your get rejected, it just means your are left with more time to find another guy.

everyone is when while opening up to the one they like
well u have waited this long and went throught all the depressed moments just to find him
andf now u going to stop coz u scared of being crushed
if he says no just think this way that u havent found him yet and u were just lookin for the wrong guy all this time
go a head and let him lose wht u got to lose
atleast he will no how u feel .

You have to tell him, but prepare yourself for the best possible answer and the worst possible answer.
You can not keep this inside - spending that much time looking for someone, finding that person, then not telling him how you feel??? There would be no point.
If you don;t tell him you will regret for the rest of your life having many, many nights spent thinking what if? maybe I should have, etc...
Tell him, if he has moved on in his life then so be it but you will never get what you don;t ask for in this life!!!

honestly, just talk to him. Go for lunch! Find out what's going on in his life, if he's got a girlfriend or a wife, children, what his job's like, etc. if he's married, then you'll have saved yourself the embarrassment, at least ^^; good luck!

I wish I had the answer to make all your problems go away 100%, but I don't. I will say to take that risk though. Take to him. I know it's hard, but talk to him about it. For all you know, it may be a risk worth taking.

i think u shud go ahead n tell him dont keep it within u. if he doent like u ull be able to overcome it but if u dont tell him n u come to know he doent like u it maybe much more difficult for u. n it can also be this way tht he likes u n doesnt know ur feelings so i suggest just go ahead n tell him.n if he says o maybe ull were not meant for each other god had other plans for ull.

Dont be scared.. just be brave and ask him...
what can maximum be.. either he will reject or accept you.. nothing more bad can happen na...
So trust me.. until u tell him.. u will never know what will happen and you will live your entire life with the thoughts!!!

honestly, list the pros and cons. if you feel you can risk it and you know your priorities and what you are after, go for it. if you want it that bad. you only have one shot. and one life.
