Ask him. We didn't see the picture.

That you need to get a life because you're desperate sending pictures to people over the internet. It's dangerous. A picture is worth a thousand words.. but he could only come up with.. "Come on, you're joking right?" He just wants to get laid hunny.. and I'm assuming you're underage if that's the only way you know how to meet guys.
"Come on, you're joking right?" is not a compliment unless you get paid for well.. services.
You're probably much better than that.. so go find a guy in your vacinity and let him tell you that you're beautiful when he isn't obligated to comment.

This is not hard to believe, anyone with good sense would be skeptical of anyone over the web thesedays. You ARE NOT skeptical of him, in the least ? For all you know, it could be a 50 year old granny, or maybe a 12 year old who lives in the next county.
He probably figures you took some other picture off of the web of a gorgeous girl, and sent it to him. These days, it is very difficult for someone to TRUELY believe that who they are talking to over the internet, is the same as in a photo sent. People are constantly sending fake information -photos, names, etc. to conseal the TRUTH about themselves.
Don't be duped by phonies over the web.

Depends on the picture. It could mean that he can't believe you are so beautiful, or just the opposite. Or it could mean that you sent a picture that really didn't show much of you. Like a far away picture, or just a face shot ect.

Good or Bad, a comment based on looks is a little superficial.
Either way it sounds like a shallow comment.
I would look elsewhere.
OR
It could have been your brother that you have been talking to this whole time and he has just now realized that he has been flirting with his sister. Unfortunate, lol

Well, it could go either way-if the picture you sent was hot and you were perceived as "a babe" to him, then he was questioning the legitimacy of the picture.
And if he found you unattractive, he was blowing you off. Either way, ask him.

You sent "some guy" you don't seem to really know a picture of yourself? Smart. <<
I have no clue what he meant. Maybe he thought you were a diffrent age, or looked diffrent, or is being a jerk.

it's either really good or really bad. Surely dear you are clever enough to know which one it is. If you are someone who ever leaves the house, you ought to know if people find you attractive or not or if they think you are weird in any way etc. Think about it.
