If you have to ask this question then it seems you must still be young and therefor still growing. Just be happy as you are.

Yes you can add some extra inches to your body.
1. Maintain the correct body posture at all times. That this stand erect, sit erect and when you lie down to sleep maintain a stretched posture.
2. Be outdoor most of the day. Do some manual job all day long like gardening, delivering goods etc. Take in deep breath of fresh air whenever possible.
3. Take healthy and natural foods like fruits, vegetables, salads etc. Take a balanced diet
4. Do stretching exercises, maybe two or three times a day
5. Every morning do cycling and maintain a correct posture while cycling and cycle uphill
6. Take calcium supplements if you have calcium deficiency
7. Always think tall, stand tall, sit tall, play tall and you become tall
8. Sleep well and sleep adequaltely. Most of body growth happens during sleeping hours. Maintain the stretched body posture during sleep
9. Still if you find sluggish growth, consult a professional height increase fitness instructor, consult me.

If you are a guy over 21 or a woman over 18, then i doubt you will grow very much more, whatever you do or don't do, eat or don't eat.
There are shoes you can get that look like normal shoes but somehow have something built in that make you an inch or two taller - sorry i have no details of where to get them.
I suggest you hold your head high whatever your height, and enjoy your life.

Join the club. Don't worry about it. I am male 5'4" and I have toppled a few giants in my time. You cannot change your height but you can walk with your chest proud. Precious gems come in small quantities, and so does rat poison. I have dated some stunning women, and I was brilliant at pole vaulting at school. I have even been paid more than bigger guys because I could get into the hole and they couldn't. Many famous men in times of battle were decorated for their bravery above and beyond the call of duty. Big people are useless at staying on their feet when they are drunk, and I laugh because many of them have problems in cars because of their silly long legs. You cannot do anything about your height. Concentrate on your own character and just be the best person you can.

You can always try to up your posture.
Many people tend to slouch a little, even without knowing it.
If its something that you can make a couscous effort in doing, it will at least help you to appear taller.
You'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes.
