ok me and my friend were wondering does talking dirty with someone on the phone and them saying how much they want you and need some lovin and they you both basically watch a dirty movie together is that cheating?

It isn't in a physical sense,. but emotionally it is,. and a relationship has more than just a physical aspect to it right? Like others have said,. what if you found out he was doing this? I'm sure if he finds out you are doing this, he's going to be upset... And rightfully so... I mean,. I'd be hurt,. as I imagine any guy or girl on here would... I mean,... your basically violating the intamacy of the relationship you already have,.. thus it really sounds as though you aren't ready for a reltionship, or at least aren't really looking to be in one right now.

Yes, that is considered cheating because you are basically doing those things with the person. When you tell him how much you need and want him it means that you would do something about it if you were physically near him at the moment.

No, it is not cheating. But can you stop there. After the movie you may want to try something of what you have seen on the movie. Your mental state may also be excited. And if penetration occurs then it is cheating.
To a jealous bf/gf even this type of association between opposite sex, without actual penetration may be offensive,.

if you are talking dirty with someone OTHER than your bf/gf, then yes it is. would you want your bf having phone sex with another female and fantasizing about being with her. that will make you wonder when the 2 of you are together..."gee, i wonder who/what he is thinking now?" am i better than her? its not worth it if you value the relationship you are in. if you want to have fun with someone else, just dump your current partner and have fun with the new person....just dont involve anyone who is not your current partner...your only asking for problems!

yes it is. to me it is mentally cheating. i will only be a matter of time before the physical cheating comes in. my advice, if you dont want to cheat, then stop doing those things with your friend. if you feel you should still do it, then do it with you boyfriend

yea, it is in a way. put it this way. your dad is talking to another woman through the phone commenting with nasty remarks. say your mom hears through it and sees his facial expressions. of course your mom would have a feeling that he isnt talking to a distant relative, he's trying to get something going on with another attractive woman!
